MD 12 · The Christmas party guest list
Invite partners and reset the plan. Cooper opens the invitation to partners. Paul Konchesky is happy; Robbie Earnshaw asks for a players' meal another time, and the row fades.
Next 3 matches: a dressing-room lift creates more chances, with a little less defensive focus.
MD 32 · The last pie in the canteen
Clear the air over lunch. Cooper orders two more pies and keeps lunch relaxed. Dexter Blackstock and Chris Cohen call a truce; the afternoon session is lighter.
Next match: fresher legs. Following 2: a small preparation cost.
