Playoff heartbreak

Your decisions

Fictional club events from this simulated season.

1. MD 12 · The keeper wants to play through them
Go longer and hold the shape. Forest go longer when pressed. Lewis Grabban helps keep the shape; Chris Gunter will have fewer chances to start attacks from deep.
Next 3 matches: tighter defence, less attacking threat.

2. MD 23 · Mid-season replacement
Jack Hobbs out; Greg Halford in.
In this fictional season, a boardroom row puts Jack Hobbs in the bomb squad. Cooper must choose another player for the run-in.

3. MD 32 · Supporters' coach breaks down
Send a message; stay on the match plan. Henri Lansbury and Yuri Ribeiro send a message to the stranded coach, then return to preparing for the next fixture.
Next 3 matches: fewer distractions tighten the defence, though Forest create slightly less.

4. MD 46 · A training clip gets out
Face the press together. Cooper brings Chris Cohen and Henri Lansbury out together. The response rallies Forest, but the argument remains a talking point.
Second leg: a lift in confidence, with some risk of losing focus.

5. MD 46 · The Wembley plan
Keep Wembley tight. Cooper asks Chris Cohen to keep the side compact against Leicester. Forest concede fewer openings, but must take their chances.
Wembley: fewer chances conceded, but fewer Forest chances too.
