Allow a short media morning. Cooper allows one short shoot and makes it a recovery morning. Yohan Benalouane teaches the dance; Daryl Murphy refuses to be filmed.
Next match: fresher legs. Following 2: a small preparation cost.

4. MD 46 · The club considers its options
Back the club and shield the players. Cooper backs the club in public and keeps Max Lowe away from the microphones. Ben Osborn gets a fired-up squad, but the row follows them into leg two.
Second leg: a lift in confidence, with some risk of losing focus.

5. MD 46 · The Wembley plan
Attack from the start. Cooper lets Daryl Murphy lead an early push against Crystal Palace. Forest create more, but give them room to counter.
